  • Carriers: Australia Post

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on location

  • Cost: Flat rate of A$40.00, or FREE on orders over $599.00

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT or fees applied by their country.

Note: Due to carrier limitations, we may not ship to certain regions or P.O. boxes.

Order Processing Time

  • In-stock Items: Ship within 1–2 business days

  • Custom Tool Kits or Pre-orders: We’ll notify you with the estimate dispatch date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Oversized or Heavy Tools

Some large tools (e.g., table saws, planers) may ship via sea freight. If so:

  • You’ll be contacted by our team to coordinate delivery.

  • Curbside delivery is standard; white-glove delivery may be available for an added fee.
