100-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

We’re confident you’ll love your tools—but if something’s not right, you’ve got 100 days to send it back. No pressure. No hassle.

 

Conditions:

  • Eligible Items: All full price cutter heads,  accessories, and kits purchased through our website.

  • Condition: Items must be in new or like-new condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Light Use is OK: We understand tools may need to be tested. Returns are accepted if the product shows minimal wear and no functional damage.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@forgecraftsupplyco.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.

  3. Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless faulty

Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made tools, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that show signs of excessive use, damage, missing components, or misuse (e.g., burned-out motors, cracked housings) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, or may be ineligible for refund.

  • Return Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with unusually high return rates or evidence of misuse.
